Database starter kit

Tracked entities
Track a company (ticker/CIK), a commodity bundle (one slot covers its prices,
futures positioning, and cost indexes — e.g. corn, crude-oil, steel),
an individual series (e.g. EIA:PET.RWTC.D — any valid EIA id auto-collects), or a
COT market. Collection and full-history backfill start automatically.
